Service Delivery Manager (DFS)

Job Summary

We are seeking highly experienced DevOps Lead to drive cloud engineering, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevSecOps, CI/CD automation, and Platform Engineering initiatives across Azure, AWS, and GCP environments.  

The individual will lead a team of DevOps and Cloud Engineers, architect enterprise-grade automation frameworks, establish multi-cloud governance models, and drive large-scale cloud transformation programs. The role involves close collaboration with enterprise architects, application teams, security teams, operations teams, and customer stakeholders.  

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across major hyperscaler’s and be capable of building cloud-agnostic automation and operational frameworks.  

Key Responsibilities

Multi-Cloud Strategy & Architecture  

• Define and implement enterprise DevOps and Platform Engineering strategy across Azure, AWS, and GCP.  

• Design cloud-agnostic deployment and operational frameworks.  

• Lead multi-cloud engineering transformation initiatives.  

• Provide architecture guidance for migration, automation, governance, security, and operational excellence.  

• Define standards, best practices, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.  

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)  

• Lead enterprise-wide Infrastructure as Code adoption.  

• Develop and maintain reusable modules and frameworks using:

• Establish version-controlled infrastructure deployment processes.  

• Design cloud provisioning workflows for:
