Privacy policy
Updated 2026-09-30. The short version: there is no account, no cookie and no advertising network on this site, so there is very little to tell.
Who we are
Big World Jobs (bigworldjobs.com) is operated by Diwizi Digital. In this policy "we" means that operator. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
- Server logs. Like any website, our server records the address of your connection, the page requested, the time and your browser's name. We use them for security and to see which pages are read.
- Outbound clicks. When you press "View role and apply" you pass through a short redirect on our domain. It records which listing was clicked and when, not who clicked.
- Email you send us. If you write to us we keep the message to answer it.
What we do not collect
We have no accounts, so no names, passwords, resumes or application data. We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising scripts. We do not build profiles, do not infer anything about you from what you read, and do not sell or rent any information.
How we use it
To keep the site running and secure, to count which listings and pages are used so we can improve them, and to reply to you. Nothing else.
Who else receives data
Cloudflare serves the site and sees the same connection data any network provider sees. Google Fonts serves the two typefaces and receives the font request. Employers' and partners' sites, where applications happen, are governed by their own policies. None of them receives anything from us beyond what your browser sends them directly.
Information in the listings
Listings contain business information published by employers on their own career sites: job titles, descriptions, locations and sometimes pay. They may name a recruiter or contact. If a listing contains personal data that should not be public, write to us and it will be removed.
Where data is stored
The server is in the United States. Cloudflare's network is worldwide. If you are in the EU, the UK or Brazil, the server logs described above may therefore be processed outside your country, under this policy.
How long we keep it
- Server logs: up to 30 days.
- Click records: kept as counts per listing; anything that could identify a connection is dropped within 30 days.
- Email: for as long as needed to handle the request, at most 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Brazil's LGPD and similar laws you may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to your data protection authority. Because we hold no account data, the honest answer will usually be that we hold nothing that identifies you. Write to [email protected] and we answer within 30 days.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes and the new text applies from then. Material changes will be noted on the home page for 30 days.
