Role Expectations

• Lead the achievement of regional objectives by fostering team excellence and optimizing territory strategies. Achieve operational results through developing people and ensuring compliance with all Servier regulations and procedures.
• The Regional Retail Lead maintains Servier's professional image and ensures adherence to core values and legal provisions across every operation

Main Responsibilities

People development :

• Product Expertise Dissemination: Facilitate the fluent and comprehensive dissemination of product expertise across all employee levels within the region
• Performance Coaching & Monitoring: Conduct regular coaching and provide close supervision to the management team to ensure optimal strengths and performance in alignment with established plans.
• Talent Development & Succession Planning: Cultivate talent and nurture high-potential individuals and key performers for robust succession planning, achieved through targeted coaching, knowledge sharing, and empowerment for professional growth.

Performance leadership: Drive the achievement of regional operational objectives:

• Strategic Operational Planning: Cooperate and feedback to BEX, MKT, Training department to develop, implement, and meticulously oversee operational strategies and action plans specifically tailored for the assigned region through multi factor analysis based on the potential of region.
• Territory Management: Optimize results by analyzing approved engagement indicators, aggregated market information, customer needs and relevant market developments, in compliance with applicable laws and internal data-governance requirements.. Adapt company-approved engagement approaches for relevant pharmacy-professional segments. Coordinate with relevant field-force teams to ensure consistent, compliant and medically appropriate communication across healthcare settings.
• Financial Performance Management: Manage the approved regional field-force operating budget and resources, ensuring appropriate forecasting, expenditure control and variance monitoring, and initiating timely corrective actions accordingly.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmacy or Medicine is required
• ≥ 2 years of managerial experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record of high performance and leadership.
• Proficiency in English (Written and Oral Communication).
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in analyzing industrial and performance data.
• Budget Management ability in forecasting and managing annual regional budgets.
• Strategic Planning ability to develop and execute multi-factor regional action plans.
• Coaching and people management skill to develop teams and build talent succession.
• Strong Influence ability to lead and impact regional outcomes.
• Good communication, organization & planning, and problem solving skill
