Manager – Account Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Manager – Account Management (Integrated) to support the Client Director in managing account delivery, driving integrated solutions, and ensuring excellence in execution. The ideal candidate should have strong client servicing, project management, and team leadership skills, with the ability to drive seamless collaboration across internal teams, network partners, and clients.

Location: Gurugram

CTC Offered: 8.50 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Director in developing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
• Collaborate across Dentsu and its network to leverage integrated capabilities, products, and services to deliver business value.
• Manage clients' integrated communication plans, ensuring timely execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Drive effective project management and coordination across internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Review plans and identify opportunities to improve margins, add value, and drive innovation through better ways of working.
• Lead, motivate, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality work and execution excellence.
• Ensure accurate communication of plans, project details, progress, and updates to clients.
• Proactively identify delivery challenges and ensure timely resolution to maintain client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing solutions and communication planning.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and execution capabilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
