Manager - Account Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused for Manager - Account Management with strong experience in Mainline Advertising and client servicing within an advertising or creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships and ensure effective communication and delivery.
• Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal creative, strategy, and other teams for execution.
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Support campaign planning and execution across relevant communication channels.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–5 years of Account Management / Client Servicing experience within an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong Mainline Advertising experience is mandatory.
• Basic understanding of Digital Advertising will be an added advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Strong team player with a good cultural fit and a proactive approach.
