Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Associate Manager – Account Management (Integrated) to support the Client Director in managing account delivery, driving integrated solutions, and ensuring timely execution with excellence. The role involves managing internal teams, coordinating with clients and network partners, and ensuring seamless delivery of communication plans.

CTC Offered : 6 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Client Director in developing innovative and creative solutions to client briefs.
• Collaborate with Dentsu teams and network partners to leverage capabilities, products, and services to drive business value.
• Manage client communication plans, ensuring timely execution within agreed timelines and budgets.
• Review plans and identify opportunities to improve margins, enhance value, and drive innovation through better ways of working.
• Lead and motivate internal teams to ensure high-quality work and execution excellence.
• Ensure accurate communication of project plans, deliverables, and regular updates to clients.
• Drive effective coordination between internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Account Management/Client Servicing within an advertising or integrated marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of integrated communication planning and campaign execution.
• Excellent client servicing, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and team management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
