As an Associate - HR Services, you will play a key role in supporting HR processes that enable our teams to attract, onboard, and support talent across the business.   Based in our Chennai office (on-site), you'll work closely with colleagues across HR, Finance, IT, Facilities, and other functions to ensure day-to-day people processes run smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate interviews, schedules, and candidate communications to deliver a smooth and positive hiring experience.
• Support onboarding activities, documentation, and employee set-up processes to help new colleagues get started successfully.
• Manage HR service requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and consistent service quality.
• Prepare and maintain HR documents, records, and trackers to support accurate and efficient people processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams across HR and business functions to resolve employee requests and continuously improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

• Experience supporting HR operations, HR services, recruitment coordination, or other administrative support activities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach when working with employees, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and good judgment.
