Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition and fulfillment of semiconductor and engineering hiring requirements while ensuring quality, speed, stakeholder satisfaction and recruitment compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Own fulfillment delivery across Semiconductor business units.
Act as talent advisor providing market intelligence and compensation insights.
Lead critical and niche hiring programs.
Support recruiter mentoring and delivery governance.
Drive talent mapping, competitor analysis and sourcing strategy.
Improve hiring metrics including cycle time and offer-to-join ratio.
Skill Requirements
ASIC Design, SoC Design, RTL Design, Physical Design, DFT, STA, FPGA, Analog Mixed Signal, Embedded Systems, Firmware, Device Drivers, Silicon Validation and Automotive Semiconductor.
Other Requirements
Experience: 10-15 years
