Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client, leading technical discussions and providing trusted technical guidance.
• Partner with Development, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery of projects and operational excellence.
• Lead deployment activities across all environments, ensuring release readiness and adherence to deployment best practices.
• Monitor application performance, proactively identify issues, and drive incident resolution to minimize business impact.
• Support and maintain CMS platforms, including Drupal, Ektron, and UpperStrata, ensuring stability, scalability, and optimal performance.
• Identify technical risks, recommend solutions, and implement mitigation plans.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development and support teams.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions while maintaining high-quality delivery standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in web application development, technical leadership, and enterprise application delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) and a solid understanding of Scala applications.
• Experience working with Drupal, Ektron, and/or UpperStrata CMS platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment management.
• Proven experience in production support, application monitoring, incident management, and release management.
• Good understanding of APIs, databases, QA processes, and enterprise-scale web applications.
• Excellent client-facing communication, stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in complex, distributed environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Individual should be able to conceptualize a business or technical solution leveraging colleagues and partners and must mastered at least one methodology in depth and have an advanced knowledge of one or more business domains, and one or more SaaS or package software solutions. This role has wide knowledge of industry innovations and competitor activity and actively engage in, and contribute to, internal and external knowledge developments. Individual has the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role is responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Individual is seen as active member within technology communities. Certifications: maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology‹
