Job Summary

The AI-led Business Platform Lead / Product Portfolio Head is responsible for defining and executing the vision, strategy, and commercialization of AI-powered business platforms and digital products. The role combines product leadership, business strategy, technology innovation, and portfolio governance to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer value through AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Portfolio Strategy

• Define and own the product portfolio vision, roadmap, and investment strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and translate business needs into AI-driven platform solutions.
• Prioritize product initiatives based on business value, customer demand, and strategic objectives.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and scale.

AI & Digital Transformation

• Lead development of AI/ML and Generative AI-powered products and services.
• Establish AI adoption strategies across internal and customer-facing platforms.
• Drive innovation through emerging technologies including GenAI, Automation, Analytics, and Cloud.
• Ensure responsible AI practices, governance, security, and compliance.

• Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Platform Strategy, or Technology Leadership.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale product portfolios and AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in revenue ownership, business strategy, and stakeholder management.
