Role Overview This is a Solution Architect role focused on Hybrid Manufacturing environments. The position combines MES architecture, manufacturing transformation consulting, pre-sales solutioning, and delivery leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in TrakSYS MES and proven experience delivering end-to-end MES implementations across operations that combine batch, process, packaging, and discrete manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of aligning plant execution with quality, inventory, maintenance, and enterprise planning processes. MES or Shopfloor implementation experience is mandatory. Pre-sales and solutioning experience is also mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Define TrakSYS MES architecture, implementation methodology, governance framework, reusable templates, and rollout roadmap. • Design and implement Production Execution, Batch and Recipe Management, OEE, Downtime Management, Quality Management, Genealogy, Material Tracking, and Performance Management capabilities. • Architect integrations with ERP, WMS, QMS, LIMS, EAM, PLCs, SCADA systems, Historians, Laboratory Systems, Scanners, and Packaging Equipment. • Design and model hybrid manufacturing processes covering process operations, intermediates, discrete assembly, packaging, rework, co-products, and by-products. • Drive digital manufacturing transformation initiatives and support enterprise-wide MES adoption. Ideal Candidate Profile • 12–15 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, Shopfloor Systems, or Digital Manufacturing. • Strong expertise in TrakSYS MES Architecture and Development. • Proven experience delivering end-to-end MES implementations in Hybrid Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, or Process Manufacturing industries. • Experience implementing Production Execution, Recipe Management, OEE, Quality Management, Genealogy, Traceability, and Material Tracking solutions. • Strong experience integrating MES with ERP, WMS, QMS, LIMS, EAM, Automation Systems, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, and Shopfloor Technologies. Mandatory Skills • TrakSYS MES Architecture and Development expertise. • End-to-end Hybrid Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, Batch Manufacturing, or Packaging MES implementation experience. • Production Execution, OEE, Quality Management, Genealogy, Recipe Management, and Material Tracking. • ERP, WMS, QMS, LIMS, EAM, PLC/SCADA, Historian, and Equipment Integration. • OPC UA • MQTT • REST APIs • Multi-Site Manufacturing Rollouts • ISA-88 and ISA-95 Standards Manufacturing Domain Expertise Strong understanding of: • Production Execution and Work Order Management. • Product Traceability, Genealogy, Quality, and Non-Conformance Management. • Production Scheduling Integration and Material/Inventory Tracking.
