Job Summary

Service model: Lean operational support for the existing Synergize platform 
Objective  : Keep Synergize operational and refresh procurement spend data accurately each month. The engagement covers essential business-as-usual support only; projects, major enhancements and new integrations require separate approval and commercial agreement. 

Key Responsibilities

Core Scope  :Monthly refresh: receive approved source files, run existing processing routines, load data, reconcile totals and confirm dashboard availability. 
Data quality: investigate material exceptions, duplicates, missing records and unexplained variances. 
Classification and mappings: maintain approved category, supplier, parent-supplier, ISA and GFA mappings; process agreed corrections. 
Operational support: resolve routine platform, data, dashboard and access issues within the supplier’s authorized scope. 
Technical maintenance: maintain existing Python, SQL, Oracle tables and approved configurations required for monthly operations. 
Reporting: provide one concise monthly status report covering refresh completion, reconciliation, key issues and actions. 
3.    Deliverables 
1.    Completed monthly data refresh for agreed business units and source files. 
2.    Reconciliation summary showing source total, loaded total, variance and resolution status. 
3.    Updated approved classification, supplier, ISA and GFA mappings. 
4.    Issue log for material open incidents and dependencies. 
5.    Monthly service summary and handover of current scripts and essential operating documentation at contract end. 
6.    Adhoc analytics reports based on dashboard

Other Requirements

Responsibilities and Dependencies 
Service provider: provide suitably skilled support, execute the agreed monthly process, protect MTN data, maintain essential records, escalate blockers and ensure backup coverage. 
MTN: provide timely access, approved source data, business rules, owners, approvals and decisions on exceptions. Supplier timelines will be adjusted for documented MTN or third-party dependencies. 
6.    Required Supplier Capability 
Demonstrated hands-on capability in spend analytics operations, procurement data, Python, advanced SQL, Oracle Database, data reconciliation, classification and user support. Oracle Fusion and Oracle Analytics Cloud experience is preferred. MTN will evaluate the proposed delivery approach, relevant experience, team continuity and commercial value. 
7.    Out of Scope 
•    New platforms, major customisation or redevelopment  
•    New or materially changed integrations. 
•    New dashboards, analytics products, AI/automation initiatives or improvement projects. 
•    Source-system changes, hardware, licences or third-party charges. 
•    Large-scale data remediation, historical reloads or activities outside the agreed monthly cycle. 
•    Training programmes, extensive documentation or audit work beyond existing operational evidence. 
Commercial control: Any out-of-scope request must be supported by a written estimate and MTN approval before work begins. No minimum enhancement volume or dedicated project team is implied by this scope.
