Track Manager - Program & Project Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & Network to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure and network projects. The role requires strong project-management capability combined with sound technical understanding of LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, Cloud Networking, Data Center, Servers, and Infrastructure Services. The candidate will be responsible for planning, governance, stakeholder coordination, technical-team orchestration, risk management, and successful delivery of projects within agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business objective

Key Responsibilities

Manage infrastructure and network projects from initiation through planning, implementation, transition, and closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables. Drive project governance through regular status reviews, steering meetings, RAID tracking, and executive reporting. Ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines, budget, scope, and quality requirements. Manage project scope and ensure changes are controlled through an established change-management process. Coordinate technical dependencies across infrastructure, network, security, cloud, application, and business teams. Manage multiple projects/workstreams simultaneously where required.

Skill Requirements

ead projects involving technologies and services such as: LAN/WAN and enterprise routing & switching SD-WAN Enterprise Wi-Fi/Wireless Firewalls and network security VPN and remote connectivity Internet/MPLS connectivity and ISP/carrier services Data-center infrastructure and migrations Server, virtualization, storage, backup, and compute infrastructure Cloud infrastructure and connectivity, particularly Azure/AWS environments Hardware refresh, deployment, migration, and decommissioning Office/site setup, relocation, consolidation, and closure Coordinate device procurement, logistics, circuit delivery, installation, configuration, migration, testing, and handover. Drive implementation plans, migration plans, cutover plans, rollback plans, and operational handover. Ensure appropriate technical validation, UAT, documentation, and sign-offs before project closure.

Other Requirements

Act as the primary interface between customers, internal technical teams, leadership, vendors, OEMs, telecom carriers, and implementation partners. Lead customer governance calls and provide clear project status, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans. Manage third-party vendors and partners against agreed deliverables and timelines. Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba/HPE, Microsoft, VMware/Broadcom, AWS, and telecom/service providers as applicable. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively escalate critical risks or delivery constrain Maintain and govern RAID logs covering Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies. Identify schedule, technical, resource, commercial, and operational risks early and drive mitigation. Manage project Change Requests and prevent uncontrolled scope expansion. Track project budget, resource utilization, procurement costs, vendor commitments, and financial performance. Support SOW, BOM, PO and commercial governance where applicable
