System Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Radio system engineer to design, implement, and integrate advanced cellular communication systems for our next-generation base-station products.   Leading system activities from feature design and development to integration.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Defining and writing system-level requirements and high-level designs. Continuously optimize and fine-tune system algorithms to enhance the performance and efficiency of the products.      

• Build automation and internal tooling, using AI tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, LLM-based workflows), to reduce manual effort, improve repeatability, and accelerate development and debugging.  

• Focal point for all system, PHY and RF-related aspects.   

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HW, SW, FPGA and other subsystems.      

• Hands-on Lab work with a RF test equipment   

Job Requirements:

• 0-2 years of experience in wireless communication/ RF / PHY layer development or integration.      

• Understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.      

• Understanding of Wireless communication systems.      

• Working experience with RF lab test equipment.      

• Solid experience with scripting languages (such as MATLAB or Python)      

• Good system-level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)      

• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal), team   player   and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical skills – ability to triage a problem root cause in a complex system.   

• Familiarity and ability for SW/FW coding.   

• Familiarity with lab test equipment.   

• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, research, and system design tasks.   

Education:

B.Sc .   in Electrical/Computer Engineering
