We are looking for a Validation Engineer to join our Regression team, validating 2G, 4G, and 5G radio products, including O-RAN. The role includes developing automated test scenarios and ensuring product quality, conformance, and timely delivery.
We are looking for a Validation Engineer to join our Regression team, validating 2G, 4G, and 5G radio products, including O-RAN. The role includes developing automated test scenarios and ensuring product quality, conformance, and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Python automation frameworks (Pytest/Unittest), including instrument drivers and measurement applications (Python, MATLAB).
- Automate Radio Conformance Test (RCT) and E2E scenarios, integrated with CI/CD and Kubernetes-based execution.
- Apply AI/ML to test generation, log analysis, failure triage and anomaly detection.
- Execute 3GPP RCT and characterize RF subsystems (PA, LNA, filters, CFR, DPD) using Keysight or R&S equipment.
- Develop measurement workflows for EVM, ACLR, sensitivity, noise figure, spectral emissions and linearity.
- Root-cause RF issues with hardware, firmware and software teams, drive silicon bring-up, and give design teams actionable recommendations.

Job Requirements:
- 7+ years in wireless/radio validation; has led or mentored 6+ engineers and owned a complex test plan end to end.
- Strong Python and shell, working C/C++; solid MAC/PHY knowledge of O-RAN, LTE or 5G.
- knowledge on automating Keysight or R&S RF equipment, and RCT/E2E scenarios.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, and practical experience using AI in testing workflows (must-have).
