Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

Your responsibilities

Communicate market demand Forecast to factories via system (SNP, Kinaxis, etc) & email. 

Convert demand forecast into replenishment orders with consideration factors of inventory target & communicate to factories via emails & calls.  

Follow up with factories & logistic partners to get shipment on time in full. 

Work closely with logistics partners, warehouse operations & distributors to ensure all types of orders (sales order, sample order, staff order etc) are fulfilled on time in full.  

Support operations of order-to-cash and Customer Service processes. 

Support new product launches by in charge the Supply network setup, master data setup, etc. 

First contact point for inquiries related to stock availability & supply related matters.  

Assist in identify key issues, escalate accordingly with optimal proposals and delivers efficient responses to achieve expected outcomes of maximum customer service and optimal inventory.  

Able to present issues and proposals in business meetings.  

Support in responding to internal & external audit. 

The experience we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business / Management / Supply Chain or related 

From 3-year experience in planning and logistics.  

Experience with customs documents and warehouse processes is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese & English.

Careful & good at numbers.

Strong analytical skills in Microsoft Excel.

Consumer & commercial centric.  

Ability to work effectively across functions in a matrix organization

Effective time management and organizational skills, with  ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple projects simultaneously in order to meet and exceed deadlines.

Self-motivated,  proactive, and capable of working both within terms and independently.
