Job Summary

Job Summary : Position: Point of Sale Lab Manager/IT Analyst Responsibilities: Manage the Retail Lab in Bengaluru/Hyderabad, India - End to End Life Cycle Management of all Point-of-Sale Equipment (POS systems, Pump Dispensers, and associated equipment), assist with coordination of testing, equipment ordering and setup, Management of Change activities, Compliance, and safety requirements.

Job Responsibilities : Requirements/Skills: POS system and Hardware knowledge or related experience IT Analytic and Troubleshooting acumen (network, hardware and s/w) Excellent communication, coordination and organization skills Good teamwork and “One Team” behavior attributes Vendor relationship coordination System and S/W installation skills Solution Oriented - Analysis, Development and Implementation of enhancements/new technological ideas Growth potential – Software development and Cloud knowledge a plus PCI (Payment Card Industries) and Credit/Debit Card processing knowledge Safety and Operational process awareness and enforcement
