Your Role

We’re hiring a ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer to drive enterprise-scale software asset management and license optimization initiatives! If you have expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro, Software Asset Management, License Compliance, Software Discovery, CMDB, and IT Asset Management, apply now for PAN India locations with 6-12 years of experience  

• Implement and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro, publisher packs, and software models.
• Manage the software asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement.
• Configure licenses, entitlements, contracts, and ELP.
• Perform normalization, reconciliation, reclamation, and compliance audits.
• Integrate SAM with Discovery, SCCM/MECM, Intune, JAMF, CMDB, and CSDM.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

Your Profile

• ServiceNow Expertise: Deep knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM Pro), ITAM framework, CMDB, and Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
• Scripting & Development: Advanced JavaScript, Glide Script, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
• Integrations: REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and connecting third-party discovery tools (SCCM, Flexera, Intune).
• Platform Tools: ServiceNow Discovery and Flow Designer
• Preferred Certification - CSA, CIS-ITSM, ITIL Foundation Certification
