Senior Test Specialist

Job Summary

Responsible for leading test execution and defect management across SAP S/4HANA, PLM, and MES applications during SIT, UAT, Regression, E2E, and UAT cycles. The role will drive testing progress, defect triage, cross-functional coordination, status reporting, and issue resolution to ensure quality and readiness objectives are achieved. SAP will be the primary application focus, while coordinating dependencies across PLM, MES, integrations, data migration, and supporting workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead daily test execution activities across SAP, PLM, and MES workstreams.
•    Drive defect triage, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and closure management.
•    Coordinate with business, functional, technical, integration, data, and environment teams to resolve testing blockers.
•    Manage retesting and regression validation of defect fixes.
•    Facilitate daily defect command-center meetings and testing status reviews.
•    Ensure proper defect lifecycle governance within Azure DevOps (ADO) or equivalent tools.
•    Provide leadership reporting on execution health, defect trends, risks, and phase-exit readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
•    10+ years of software testing experience.
•    Minimum 3+ years of SAP testing experience, including SAP S/4HANA programs, is mandatory
•    Proven experience managing large-scale SIT, UAT, Regression, and E2E testing cycles.
•    Strong defect management and defect triage leadership experience.
•    Experience coordinating testing across SAP, MES, and PLM landscapes.
•    Hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage testing is required
•    Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
•    Experience working in global delivery and complex program environments.
Preferred
•    Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial transformation programs.
•    Exposure to Siemens Teamcenter (PLM) and Opcenter/MES platforms.
•    Understanding of SAP integrations, data migration, and end-to-end business processes.
