Senior Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary

10+  years of experience in managing environments. Good experience in setting up and configure test environments with appropriate hardware, software, and network configurations matching specific test phases or sprints.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent tooling
coordinate DevOps team members to automate setup and configuration
Manage shared environment access between teams
Own the environment booking calendar and act as the primary escalation point
Track environment health, performance, and availability
Implement drift detection mechanisms and establish regular refresh cycles
Own environment health dashboards and define SLAs for environment availability across all test stages (SIT, UAT, Performance, Pre-Prod).
Maintain environment inventories
Integrate environment provisioning and teardown into CI/CD pipelines
Good experience in building and implementing strategies for ephemeral and containerised environment strategies
Manager Environment lifecycle management, change control, incident management, capacity planning, and disaster recove
