Job Summary
- Supports equipment supply chain by ensuring equipment is aligned to correct budget centres, sub locations, and status in application defined by Client policies and procedures.
- Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover demand from customer
- Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.
- Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus. • Physical vs system audits to match stakeholder inventory.
- Respond to customer inquiries by researching shipment status, items that are past due and items that need to be expedited.
- Respond to inquiries to stakeholders on time for replacement products.
- Process orders for replacements and miscellaneous order creation based on customer's request.
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders and Warehouse representatives to arrange shipments based on Incoterm
- Track shipments until they reach the customer's destination.
