Job Summary

Customer Journey Manager (Band E) A customer-focused role responsible for leading discovery and requirements definition for the replacement of legacy applications with modern technology solutions, undertaking customer journey analysis, service design, stakeholder engagement and translating business needs into deliverable requirements that support successful implementation and adoption

and colleague outcomes.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience working within agile delivery environments
• Financial services experience (desirable)
• Product, customer journey, service design or business transformation experience, is a must.
• Ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience working across business and technology teams
