Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, integration, and delivery of enterprise applications. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with the ability to guide development teams, make solution-design decisions, ensure engineering quality, and coordinate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define application architecture, technical design, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers and senior developers.
• Review code and ensure adherence to quality, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Take ownership of complex technical issues, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution.
• Lead application integrations using REST APIs, web services, databases, middleware, and enterprise systems.
• Participate in effort estimation, sprint planning, technical planning, and release activities.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, reusable components, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Ensure appropriate technical documentation, including architecture/design documents, interface specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Support production releases and critical application incidents.
