Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and supporting Java-based services and integration components within an enterprise application landscape. The developer will work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, enhance existing services, resolve technical issues, and ensure stable and reliable integration between business applications.

The role requires strong technical ownership, good communication skills, and the ability to understand complex integration scenarios and deliver maintainable solutions.

10+ years of experience in JAVA full-stack development

Primary skills:
•    Java

•    JSP
•    JMS
•    Hibernate
•    APIs
•    SQL and NoSQL
•    ReactJS/SPA
•    Microservices
•    Containerization (Docker)
•    Kubernetes or Openshift
•    Multithreading, JUnit test, Swagger (and swagger code-generate)
•    GIT
•    Development principles and code quality assurance
•    Documentation of development
•    SAFe Agile
•    Observability
•    Messaging (at least one of the following: IBM MQ, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka)

Good to have:
•    Spring Framework, Spring Boot
•    Connect SQL DB to java project (JPA)
•    Azure Kubernetes service
•    GraphQL
•    CI/CD
•    Security
•    SQL data modelling and Stored procedure creation
•    Integration of Azure components microservice layer (Event hub, Blob storage etc.)
•    Analysing log analytics workspace to debug.
•    Struts1.3

This is a hybrid role, with a combination of working from the office and home, in line with the team's hybrid working policy.
The role requires working primarily during Central European Time (CET) business hours.
