Job Summary

Structural Analysis Engineer – 7+ Years Experience

We are looking for a Structural Analysis Engineer with 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in aerospace/flight hardware, with strong fundamentals in Strength of Materials and Structural Mechanics

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements

Strong knowledge of Strength of Materials, Solid Mechanics, and Machine Design.

• Excellent understanding of Shear Force & Bending Moment Diagram(SFD, BMD), free-body diagrams, load paths, stress, deflection, bending, shear, torsion, and combined loading.

• Hands-on experience in FEA using ANSYS, including model setup, meshing, loads, boundary conditions, and result interpretation.

• Ability to validate FEA results using classical hand calculations and engineering judgment.

• Understanding of failure theories, strength assessment, and buckling.

• Ability to independently perform and review structural analyses.

• Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Other Requirements

• Experience with ANSYS.

• VBA/Excel automation for repetitive engineering calculations.

Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or related engineering discipline.
