Job Description

Having Good Business process and Functional Support knowledge for SAP SD module in the areas of OTC, RTR and PTP process.

1. Minimum of 6-8 years of total  SAP SD  experience in which 5 to 6 years support projects and  at least 2 years of implementation experience is necessary

2. Order to cash process

3. full-fledged understanding of all sales related transaction process

4. Invoice, quotation, sale order, delivery and invoice processes, Consignment sales process.

5. Integration knowledge with FI, MM modules.

6. Pricing, Tax determination process, STO process, Output determination, Credit management process

7. Rebate process, BOM process.

8. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

9. Working experience with Interfaces

10. Document functional designs, User manuals and  test cases.

11. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system improvements.

12. Professional Attributes : Very Good in communication and Client Facing skills

13. SAP Certification will be added advantage.

14. SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK AS PER PROJECT TIMES (client calendar, EARLY MORNING & GENERAL SHIFTS)

15. FUNCTIONAL DOMAIN EXPERIENCE WILL BE ADDED ADVANTAGE

16. CROSS MODULE AND INTERGRATION AREA KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY

17. Should be able to work in a team supporting multiple projects (both S&M and enhancement)

18.  Able to understand client requirement & should be able to deliver the same including required documentation

19. Candidates having experience in the areas of handling users of  multiple country are preferred.Should have good oral and written communication skills

20. Should have working experience with overseas customer (If worked with any Eastern countries is a welcome)

21. Should have good attitude and team bonding and a good team player

22. Should have good analytical skills, taking ownership and self learning / exploring capabilities to reduce dependency on others and working independently
