• Level 2 Support Jenkins, Bitbucket, Nexus
• Support developers using custom AMI Factory
• Cloud cost savings consulting
• Provide developer support for DevOps tools
• Generate entitlement review data for DevOps tools
• Support for logging infrastructure and plumbing
• Work with dev team to implement custom solutions
• Bitbucket - Request for manual repository settings for hooks, permissions and non self-service
• Set up Self-Service CI/CD Jobs (platform)- Jenkins
• Set up Self-Service CI/CD jobs for temporary EC2 Resources
• Create Jenkins Jobs for Model/Prod
• Create Terraform Scripts for Model/Prod
• Enforce Tagging Standards
• Define CI/CD Processes and Procedures
• Maintain IAM Roles
• Integrating Security Scan with Jenkins - Fortify, Twistlock
• Training & Encourage CICD Adoption - Teams channel
