As Senior Manager Supply Chain Solutions, you lead and continuously develop the SCS organization across the Benlukie cluster (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, the UK and Ireland), structured around three integrated pillars: Business Development, Solution Design & Implementation, and Program Management. You translate customer and market needs into scalable, digitally enabled supply chain solutions that deliver measurable value for both customers and DSV: You’re on it.

How you do this? As cluster product owner and senior subject matter expert, you set priorities, establish governance and performance standards, develop people and capabilities, and connect stakeholders at country, cluster, regional and global levels. You expand the SCS footprint across the cluster, strengthen service quality and consistency, and build a healthy commercial pipeline that supports profitable growth and long-term customer relationships. You achieve this by:

• defining and executing the SCS strategy for Benlukie, in alignment with Air & Sea, Regional and Global SCS. You ensure the product continues to evolve, remains relevant to the market and meets the needs of customers and individual countries, while being rolled out in a consistent and scalable way.
• leveraging market developments, commercial opportunities, customer needs and operational insights by translating them into concrete solutions, services and improvement initiatives. In addition, you maintain a continuous overview of product portfolio development and performance, the commercial pipeline, ongoing implementations, potential risks and required investments.
• leading and further developing commercial collaboration with Sales, Key Account Management, Product and country leadership. You ensure alignment at local, cluster, regional and global levels, bringing together the right expertise to win new customers and retain and grow existing customer relationships.
• developing compelling value propositions and commercially attractive customer solutions. You guide commercial opportunities from the initial customer requirement through to solution design and implementation, ensuring clear agreements, sound pricing, the right allocation of people and resources, and sustainable customer value.
• actively coaching, leading and further developing the SCS cluster team (approximately 10 FTE). You establish clear roles, responsibilities and objectives, foster a culture of ownership, collaboration and customer focus, and align workforce capacity and organizational development with current and future business growth.
• overseeing and driving the design, implementation and program management of customer solutions. You ensure a structured approach, clear agreements and a smooth transition into operations. In addition, you focus on continuous solution improvement, digital adoption and operational excellence to deliver measurable customer value, strengthen customer relationships and build long-term customer loyalty to DSV.
• monitoring and managing the financial results and performance of the SCS organization and product portfolio. You contribute to annual planning, budgeting and forecasting, while continuously monitoring commercial growth, customer performance, implementation progress and resource utilization. Based on data, customer feedback and business results, you identify risks and opportunities in a timely manner and take corrective action where needed.

You bring

• a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field, combined with extensive leadership experience in supply chain solutions, logistics or a related area;
• proven experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams, combined with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to translate customer needs into feasible, differentiated and financially sustainable solutions;
• in-depth knowledge of international supply chains, logistics processes and digital solutions;
• strong analytical and financial skills, with experience in budgeting, business cases and performance management.
• excellent command of English is required; proficiency in additional Benlukie languages is an advantage;
• a commercial, results-driven mindset and the ability to make decisions and maintain oversight when managing competing priorities and changing circumstances. You act with ownership, integrity and a strong sense of responsibility, while keeping quality and results in focus.
• strong strategic and entrepreneurial leadership skills, with a focus on growth, customer value and the continued development of products and people. You know how to inspire teams, connect stakeholders at different levels and build support within an international matrix organization.
