Senior Manager Marketing Controlling & Activity Management (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of programs and projects through KPIs, milestones, risk assessments, and progress reporting
• Develop and maintain performance management frameworks, KPIs, and dashboards to provide transparency on progress and results
• Govern the delivery of the top 5 Marketing Transformation Projects
• Supports the Director Global Marketing Controlling & Activity Management, Director Activity Management and GPM in delivering key business objectives and growth plans
• Ensure first-class quality of executive presentations by maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, visual excellence, and executive-ready messaging
• Ensure availability and analysis of all data/information necessary for sound decision making in Marketing processes and contributes to setting and driving the portfolio strategy

Qualifications:

• University degree, ideally business, engineering, economics or MBA
• Professional experience across FMCG marketing/commercial functions and strategic consulting or corporate strategy roles
• Experience in a top-tier strategy consultancy, Big 5/Big 4 advisory firm, or equivalent strategic planning function highly desirable
• Proven track record in developing growth strategies, business cases, and executive-level recommendations for senior leadership
• Experience in business analytics, market assessment, and translating complex data into actionable insights
• Local or regional marketing experience highly desirable
• Fluent in English (Additional languages would also be beneficial)
