Senior Manager – Water and Chemical Specialist   Water is at the heart of sustainable infrastructure. We are looking for a Senior Manager – Water and Chemical Specialist to lead complex water treatment projects and help shape a more sustainable future.   You will join a dynamic team in Gurgaon, working on first-of-their-kind projects across energy, water, and infrastructure. Your expertise will directly contribute to cleaner water systems and responsible industrial practices.   What You'll Do   - Lead design and engineering activities for water treatment systems, including ETP, PT-DM, STP, WWTP, RO, ZLD, and filtration plants. - Develop chemical dosing systems for boiler water, cooling water, and related processes. - Create detailed PFDs, P&IDs, water balance diagrams, and system design calculations. - Perform technical analysis, simulations, and RO projections to ensure process efficiency and accuracy. - Prepare material requisitions, review bids, and evaluate vendor drawings. - Develop layout designs for water treatment facilities and collaborate across engineering disciplines. - Communicate design concepts clearly to project managers, clients, and international stakeholders.   What You Bring   - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering, or a related field. - Significant experience in water treatment system design, covering ETP, PWTP, STP, WWTP, RO, and ZLD. - Proficiency in design software and tools used for process and system engineering deliverables. - Strong analytical skills, with close attention to technical detail and compliance requirements. - Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and environmental regulations. - Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence in client and vendor meetings. - Proven leadership ability and a collaborative mindset suited to multi-project environments.   Location   Gurgaon, India – On Site   What We Offer   - A permanent position that aligns with your skills, career ambitions, and long-term growth. - Exposure to a wide diversity of missions, including landmark energy and infrastructure projects. - A stimulating work environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. - A friendly, inclusive team culture where collaboration and initiative are genuinely valued. - A competitive compensation package reflective of your expertise and contributions. - Access to the international network and resources of Tractebel and the ENGIE Group.
