Senior Executive - Account Management

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Account Management to join our dentsu Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in client servicing, with a heavy focus on Mainline campaigns, along with exposure to Digital. You will act as the bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality delivery of all communication projects.

CTC Offered: 5 LPA

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and service client accounts, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across – digital & Mainline.
• Understand client briefs and translate them into effective creative solutions
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and media teams to deliver high-quality output
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth

Professional Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in advertising/account management within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
• Strong expertise in Mainline advertising; working knowledge of Digital is preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Enthusiastic, passionate, and eager to learn
• A genuine interest in advertising and brand building
