Senior Engagement Manager

Your role

Capgemini Engineering is looking for Senior Engagement Manager to work on telecom projects.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• On-time delivery of project milestones.
• Achievement of SLA/KPI targets.
• Budget adherence and effective cost management.
• Client satisfaction scores and stakeholder feedback.
• Quality and completeness of project documentation.

Your profile

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology-based project delivery, with at least 8 years in senior delivery management roles
• Successful project management delivery experience from inception through the delivery lifecycle, to agreed cost, timescales and quality
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
• Experience working within a Telecommunications/Wireless environment.
• Expert in ITIL processes and customer support operations
• Project Management experience, including handling multiple clients, business lines and environments.
• Experience within strategic and transformation consulting.
• Experience in analysing business requirements.
• Delivery to a set of contractual obligations.
• Use of a formal project management methodology.
• In depth experience of an industry sector, e.g. Telecom Media.
• Understanding of the sales process and experience of managing the bid process.
