Senior Designer

Job Summary

• Testing & Validation: Execute functional, board level on electronic hardware or assemblies. 
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting: Use lab tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analysers to isolate and debug hardware or firmware failures. 
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Analyse failed units or data logs to find systemic manufacturing or design flaws and document corrective actions.
• Yield Improvement: Track defect trends, reduce scrap/rework rates, and report daily quality metrics to production teams.

Process Support: Read circuit schematics and board views, repair faulty boards, and support automated test fixtures or scripting
