Job Summary

Responsible for technical solution design, product configuration selection, and cost estimation for elevator modernization (MOD) projects in the domestic market.Develop practical and cost-effective modernization solutions based on customer requirements, site survey findings, and project technical specifications.Prepare quotations for MOD projects, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and commercial viability.Utilize engineering tools and platforms, such as EngCalc, to perform elevator performance analysis, system calculations, and technical parameter verification.Use CAD software to prepare civil layout drawings and related technical designs.Collaborate closely with Sales, Installation, Procurement, and Engineering teams to provide technical support and recommend solution optimizations.Participate in project bidding, technical presentations, and customer discussions, helping to improve project win rates.Monitor market trends and product developments in the elevator modernization industry, driving solution standardization and cost optimization initiatives.Support the resolution of technical issues during project execution and provide technical assistance for on-site installation and commissioning activities.
