Senior Administrator - Microsoft 365 Administration

Job Summary

  Microsoft 365 Exchange & Teams L2 Engineer: Looking for an experienced L2 resource with hands-on knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Exchange Admin Center, Teams Admin Center, mailbox/shared mailbox administration, mail flow, message tracing, distribution/M365 Groups, permissions, service health and PowerShell. Candidate should independently handle day-to-day incidents, service requests, standard changes and troubleshooting, with Exchange Hybrid, Entra ID, Defender for Office 365 and Teams Voice knowledge preferred.
