Your Role

• Administer and manage Datadog platform including agent deployment, integrations, configurations, and governance.
• Implement and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) solutions using Datadog APM and Broadcom DX APM.
• Configure application tracing, service maps, synthetic monitoring, Real User Monitoring (RUM), dashboards, alerts, and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Integrate multiple monitoring tools and enable correlation of metrics, logs, and traces for unified observability.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot performance issues using observability data.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and platform teams for onboarding and monitoring requirements.
• Improve monitoring coverage, optimize alerting strategies, and reduce alert noise.
• Manage platform upgrades, performance tuning, and monitoring best practices.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Datadog Platform Administration.
• Strong expertise in Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, and Observability.
• Good knowledge of Broadcom DX APM.
• Experience with distributed tracing and microservices monitoring.
• Strong understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, and traces.
• Experience in dashboard creation, alert tuning, and monitoring governance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
