SCM Planning Lead

Job Description

Capgemini is seeking a Leadership level executive to Deliver business critical supply chain services to our clients, continuously improving on the quality and effectiveness of the processes. This includes supply chain processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Master Data Management, Customer Order Management, Material Planning, Distribution Planning & Supply Chain Analytics. This involves close collaboration with the clients and their employees to keep abreast of ever evolving business needs & delivering to those needs. 

Process delivery  

• Deliver business critical SC services to the clients, at levels consistently above their expectations.  
• Create robust service delivery teams & capabilities in SC, providing an ever evolving and continuously improving service culture.  
• Manage service delivery teams that could be a mix of Capgemini & client personnel.  

Client relationship  

• Work to build a strong & credible relationship with the client through working collaboratively to understand challenges & provide solutions  
• Meeting client objectives in the SC space  
• Ability to articulate the outputs delivered to the client either by self / by the larger Capgemini SC delivery team.  

Primary Skills

T he incumbent will have 1 5 -22 years of experience.   

• In depth knowledge of all planning processes   

• Lean Six Sigma / Black Belt certification 

• Excellent client relationship management skills 

• Understanding of business process outsourcing
