  • Monitor material availability, component shortages, and readiness status to ensure accurate production start commitments.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Supply Planning, and suppliers to resolve CTB constraints.
  • Drive accountability for CTB actions and maintain visibility to recovery plans and closure dates.
  • Improve CTB reporting accuracy, data quality, and standardization across the manufacturing network.

Strategic Production Planning

  • Support development of monthly, quarterly, and long-range production plans.
  • Conduct scenario planning and capacity modeling to assess future manufacturing requirements and business risks.
  • Analyze forecast changes, demand variability, supplier constraints, and operational impacts.
  • Provide recommendations to improve planning effectiveness, capacity utilization, and schedule reliability.
  • Support annual planning, business reviews, and operational readiness activities.

Production Plan Adherence and Performance Management

  • Track and report production plan adherence metrics across the manufacturing network.
  • Investigate schedule deviations and coordinate corrective actions with manufacturing partners.
  • Develop and maintain planning KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
  • Identify trends and root causes affecting plan execution and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, schedule attainment, and operational performance.

Supplier and Manufacturing Partner Communication

  • Communicate production plans, schedule updates, forecast changes, and recovery actions.
  • Facilitate routine planning reviews with manufacturing partners to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Escalate risks, constraints, and schedule impacts in a timely manner.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve responsiveness and performance.

Executive Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare weekly and monthly executive reporting on production outlook, CTB status, risks, constraints, and mitigation actions.
  • Consolidate data from multiple systems and stakeholders into concise management reporting.
  • Develop clear visualizations and dashboards that support executive decision-making.
  • Present planning updates, key assumptions, recovery strategies, and business impacts to leadership teams.
  • Support ad hoc business analysis and executive requests related to production readiness and manufacturing performance.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
