Overview of the Role

Are you an experienced sales leader with a passion for driving performance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences?

We are currently building a strong pool of talented Sales Managers for future opportunities across the UAE.

As a Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales performance of an assigned portfolio, leading and developing the sales team to achieve commercial and operational targets. You will combine strong sales leadership with customer focus, performance management, and effective execution of sales strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the day-to-day performance of the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and business plans to achieve agreed operational objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and taking appropriate action.
  • Coach, motivate, and develop sales team members to strengthen performance and support their future growth.
  • Drive a consistent and high standard of customer service throughout the sales journey.
  • Support the resolution of escalated customer concerns to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure sales processes, customer data, documentation, and operational procedures are accurately followed.
  • Keep the sales team updated on product knowledge and relevant business information through regular communication and training.
  • Ensure sales activities are conducted in line with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic Sales team, leading professionals across sales and customer-facing functions.

As Sales Manager, you will play an important role in creating a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, monitoring results, coaching team members, and ensuring consistent standards across the sales operation.

You will also work closely with wider management to ensure business objectives, customer expectations, and operational standards are achieved.

 

What Equips You for the Role

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, including 2- 3  years in a supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and developing sales teams.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and sales techniques.
  • Good understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction principles.
  • Commercial awareness and general knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
  • A persuasive, persistent, and results-driven approach.
  • Strong English communication skills.
