• The Sales Assistant role focuses on generating sales, delivering positive customer experiences, and performing operational tasks as directed by store management. The role is integral to maintaining store presentation standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

General

• Maintain store standards and cleanliness to ensure a clean and organized environment.
• Create a positive first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to the dress code.
• Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting.
• Provide customers with current and relevant information about the products.
• Offer quality service in fitting rooms, follow up with customers timely, and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
• Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, maintain cleanliness, and capture customer information.
• Thank customers sincerely as they exit the store and invite them back.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
• Organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and store standards.
• Physical stamina for standing and lifting as required.

• High School Degree.
• 1-2 years of retail sales experience.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 8 hours and perform some heavy lifting.
