Overview of the role

We are currently building a strong pool of talent for future Product Genius opportunities across the UAE.

As a Product Genius, you will create an educational, immersive, and exciting experience for customers throughout their vehicle journey. You will bring vehicle features and technology to life through engaging product demonstrations, memorable test drives, and personalized vehicle handovers.

What you will do

• Welcome showroom visitors and deliver an engaging and professional customer experience.
• Conduct structured and memorable test drives, highlighting vehicle features, technology, and performance.
• Confidently explain vehicle features and answer customer questions.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and provide personalized customer handovers.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets by guiding customers through a seamless journey.
• Manage telephone, online, and walk-in customer enquiries.
• Ensure customer information is accurately captured in the relevant systems.
• Maintain strong knowledge of automotive products, new technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Complete required product and professional development training.

Required skills to be successful

• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication abilities.
• Good technical knowledge and a strong interest in automobiles.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Confidence in delivering engaging product demonstrations and test drives.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Arabic or additional languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, or Farsi would be advantageous.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

About the team

You will be part of a dynamic and customer-focused retail team committed to delivering outstanding showroom experiences. Working closely with showroom management and sales colleagues, you will help create a seamless customer journey from the initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle delivery.

What equips you for the role

• A degree is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience within automotive, luxury retail, airlines, hospitality, events, teaching, sales, or customer care would be highly valued.
• Proven ability to deliver premium and memorable customer experiences.
• Strong passion for vehicles, technology, and customer engagement.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
