Position: Technical Project Manager
Location: Ann Arbor , MI
Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical projects supporting engineering operations.
- Support PLM systems, ERP integrations, and business process improvement initiatives.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and establish project plans.
- Drive project execution from initiation through implementation.
- Manage schedules, risks, issues, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Service organizations.
- Support engineering change management and product data management initiatives.
- Provide project governance, milestone tracking, executive reporting, and documentation.
- Drive user adoption and change management activities.
Desired Skills
- Strong technical project management experience.
- Experience managing project scope, planning, risk management, and successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Hands-on experience with ENOVIA or comparable enterprise PLM platforms.
- Knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
- Experience with:
- Material master data
- Part management
- Bills of Materials (BOM)
- Engineering Change Records (ECR/ECO) and related processes
