Project Engineer Specialist

Job Description

·         Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.

·         Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

·         Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.

·         Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.

·         Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

·         Assign responsibilities and mentor project team.

·         Creating frameworks to measure the project metrics and data collection.

·         Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those test

·         Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities and QRMP operating procedures.

·         Responsible for the implementation of ISO 22000 in the plant area.

·         Flexibility to adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required.

·         Works overtime as necessary.

·         Performs other related duties as assigned.
