Overview:
- The goal is to have well-organized and time managed commissioning & start up is as follows:
- Meeting the project schedule
- Training the customer operating crew
- Maintaining all the protocols and ensure the safety of equipment during commissioning
- Start-up
- Optimization of plant
- Performance guarantee tests
The scope and responsibilities for Commissioning and Start-up for projects include the following tasks:
- Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)
- Operation and maintenance manual
- Training
- Commissioning
- Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Start-up
- Takeover
- Remote fine tuning, if needed Performance test
