What a typical day looks like:

• 协助项目经理通过建立并维护和现有客户的良好业务关系来增长业务需求。

Assist PM to grow business with existing customers by establishing and maintaining good relationship with customers

• 是客户需求管理（订单/预测）的窗口，确保所有订单按时并正确地被处理，及时分析并更新客户预测需求的变化，做出建议的物料需求计划以及承诺的交付

Interface with customer on demand (Order/Forecast) management. Ensure all Purchase Orders are processed timely and correctly; analysis and update timely forecast changes; work out loading and commitment proposal

• 协助项目经理通过对物料管理及产线控制来确保按时交货；如果有延迟交付风险，及时提醒项目经理；协助项目经理处理客户反馈及客诉

Assist PM to ensure on time delivery through material review and production control. To alert PM when there are signs of failure of delivery, assist PM for all closure of customer feedback on complains

• 协助项目经理管理CFT，危机处理，项目账户/系统建立等等

Assist PM in CFT management, crisis resolution, account/system setup, etc.

• 跟踪产品出货，应收账款，负责客户退货等

Follow up product shipment and account receivable, Handle customer RMA

• 主导或协助项目经理实施工程变更

Lead or assist PM in ECO review and implementation

• 协助项目经理提供客户要求的报告，服务等需求

Support PM on overall reporting and services needed from customer

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 5年以上工作经验

5 years experiences

• 本科，良好的英语口语和书写能力，熟练使用办公室软件

Bachelor’s degree, Good in English (oral & written) & office software

• 有客户关系管理， 客户需求管理，订单管理，供应链管理的经验

Experience in customer relationship management, customer demand management, PO management, supplier chain management

• 良好的沟通能力，开放的思维以及团队合作精神

Good communication, open mind and teamwork spirit

• 了解PCBA生产制造流程，设备，测试, MRP和工程变更流程

Basic knowledge in PCBA manufacture process, equipment and testing, MRP and ECO process

• 有商务，财务以及物流等方面的概念

Business minded, finance and logistics concept

• 了解ISO9001, IATF16949等质量管理体系

Knowledge in ISO9001, IATF16949 etc.
