Process Engineer

The Impact You'll Make

As a Process Engineer, you will play a key role in optimizing and improving our manufacturing processes to support operational excellence. You will work closely with production teams to solve technical challenges, improve equipment performance, and identify opportunities for automation and modernization.   This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys tackling real production issues, driving continuous improvement, and seeing the direct impact of their work on productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure stable and efficient production processes while supporting future investments and technological advancements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive process optimization initiatives focused on improving productivity, reducing waste, lowering costs, and increasing Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Identify and implement improvements, automation opportunities, and modernization projects for machines, equipment, and production lines using Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Define process parameters, standardize workstations and procedures, and create technical documentation and work instructions.
• Lead and coordinate production trials, process validations, and the implementation of new equipment into production.
• Support production teams by troubleshooting technical issues, delivering training, and participating in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What We're Looking For

• University degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment with responsibility for process improvement and optimization.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and experience working with software such as Origin or similar statistical evaluation tools.
• Ability to analyze production data and translate findings into practical improvement actions.
• Working proficiency in English or German, alongside Slovak language skills.

The minimum annual gross salary for a permanent employment contract is EUR 28,600. The final offer will depend on the position, level of experience, and location.
