Process Associate-Voice

Job Summary

We are looking for a diligent and enthusiastic fresher to join our team as an RCM  – Voice/Semi Voice/Non Voice. This role involves working closely with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement for services rendered. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Willing to work in US Shifts.

Key Responsibilities

    Make outbound calls to healthcare providers and insurers to follow up on claims and payments.
    Investigate and resolve issues with denied or underpaid claims.
    Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions.
    Conduct pre and post call analysis, documentation, and take appropriate actions to resolve tasks at first contact.
    Update account-wise customer interactions daily.
    Achieve critical performance targets.
    Ensure efficiency in line with performance targets and process guidelines.
    Identify problems and document business requirements using industry knowledge and tools.
    Follow client process workflows and HCL policy guidelines.

    Good data entry & typing skills
    Ability to multitask. 
    Ability to contribute to the process through improvement ideas. 
    Analytical and problem-solving skills on the process.
