Portfolio Management Analyst

Location :- Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Pune

Your Role

As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will be responsible for building and managing QuickBase applications that enable efficient portfolio planning, initiative intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and organizational reporting. You will collaborate closely with business and portfolio stakeholders to streamline processes, improve visibility, and deliver actionable insights through dashboards and reporting solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain QuickBase applications to support portfolio and project management functions.
• Configure workflows, forms, automations, notifications, and business rules within QuickBase.
• Manage initiative intake, demand management, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes.
• Support roadmap planning, resource allocation, and capacity management activities.
• Create and maintain portfolio dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions.
• Develop interactive visualizations using QuickBase Dashboards, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Integrate data from multiple business systems to provide a unified portfolio view.
• Analyze portfolio metrics, project performance, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and reporting accuracy across portfolio management tools.

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Portfolio Management, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), or Business Operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBase Application Development and Administration.
• Experience in initiative intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, and governance processes.
• Proven experience with Portfolio Planning Tools and reporting frameworks.
• Strong dashboard development skills using QuickBase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into workflow solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
