People Solutions Associate (f/m/x) - Employee Lifecycle Services

People & Organization (PO) focuses on our employees, Webasto's most valuable asset. PO encompasses a wide range of tasks, including recruitment and development, as well as compensation, labor law, organizational development, and change management. The function plays a crucial role in fostering a harmonious work environment and promoting the growth and retention of employees within the company.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: 

• Execute employee lifecycle transactions including hires, transfers, promotions, organizational changes and terminations. 
• Maintain employee master data and organizational information in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors & ADP. 
• Prepare standard PO documentation and employee records. 
• Process employee requests received through the global ticketing platform. 
• Perform data validation and quality checks. 
• Collaborate with regional PO teams to resolve administrative requests. 
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives. 

This is what you bring to us: 

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 
• Experience in PO Administration or a Shared Services environment. 
• Experience working with SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and/or ADP. 
• Very strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
• Customer-focused, collaborative and process-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality and data quality. 
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Willingness to adapt working hours to the US time zone.
