Key Responsibilities

Multiple Workday certifications.Experience leading AMS or Managed Services teams.Experience with Workday implementations and post-production stabilization.Experience supporting global HR organizations.Knowledge of ITIL service management practices.

Skill Requirements

Experience leading Workday production support.Experience interacting directly with business stakeholders.Strong incident management and prioritization skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
